Delivery
At Diamond Kloud, we prioritise your order's care and prompt delivery. Each item is printed and dispatched individually. Once dispatched, you can track your package securely to your doorstep within 2 working days. We recommend allowing a full 5 working days for your order to arrive after you have placed your order. We currently ship products within the United Kingdom only.
Returns
If your item is damaged or faulty, then we can offer you a full refund when the item is returned to us. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Please contact us at - diamondkloud@gmail.com
